Hello, I’m Carly Penfold and I have been a holistic practitioner for over 12 years. I founded the Holistic Market & Psychic Fair in 2015 and have held over 40 live events supporting the holistic community, and created an Online Summit which featured Expert Panelists addressing health and wellness topics, healing circles, and collective readings. I find the effectiveness of healing and self-care is optimized when both the physical AND energetic bodies are supported.

A pivotal moment on my holistic journey happened when my daughter was 6 months old and had an allergic reaction to cottage cheese. She broke out in hives and was crying in pain. My worst fear was that she’d stop breathing as her throat swelled up. Once she recovered, further testing revealed an anaphylactic allergy to dairy and eggs. Since 2001 I’ve been reading labels on EVERYTHING!

In search of remedies and support for my family’s health, I have explored multiple healing modalities and even went back to school to become a Shiatsu and Reiki practitioner. In my practice I discovered the healing benefits were greatly enhanced when essential oils were added to the sessions.
